About
The projects could be understood like a contemporary skyscraper, composed by a platform full of public services, free spaces that work analog to public and collective equipments, however, the tower, the higher it gets the private it becomes restricting the access to the people that doesn´t work, live or aren´t guests in a hotel.
It´s design is inspired by the facility of space connection that the helix could offer, the form links the public space (with the possibilities of free plan and double heigh) to the different uses and services that the center could offer contemplated in it's program.
The objective of the project was the recuperation of the Santa Barabra Mall like an important commercial point, provide services and amenities to the workers of the teleport center like child-care and libraries, also it affects in a one hundred ratio the inhabitants of usaquen with public space linked to the 7th Avenue in Bogota.
