About 

The aestethic language that the building express is formed by the axial rotation of dissimilar rectangular components arount the building's fixed points.

 

The building proposal itself is the converging point of collective spaces with private locations of the building, linked to it's context by a sea-platform. 

 

The building land uses aren't distributen in a homogeneal way, these are dispensed in height letting the unnusual interactions between users of the building occur.
