About

The approach of the plan is to link a divided territory by it's river, using the river like a development axis composed by public space, green areas, commercial zones and equipments, finishing the construction of Av. ciudad de cali Avenue, propose new ways of transportation instead of car and an audacious proposal of giving continuity to all the streets in the zone. 

 

Methodology

 

1. Inventary: Detect, account and characterization of the problems and urban components of the territory.

 

2. Analysis: Interpolate the info that was given by the inventary to stablish in order the origin of problems in order to determinate a conclution which is an phrase that shows solution sights.

 

3. Diagnosis & Hypothesis: The first one is the interpolation of conclutions, hypothesis is a "doubtful but verisimilar conjecture, where the imagination sets above the knowledge by observation or agreement of all the concequences" this state gives a clear idea to the solution of the problems, after all this exercise an urban proposal will pop-up to the study.
